• Interactive map with medical office locations (OpenStreetMap)
• Search and filtering functionality (by city, category, services offered)
• Contact information for professionals (phone, email, website)
• Details about services, prices, schedule, professional experience

3.2. Service limitations

The site does NOT offer:

• Online or offline medical consultations
• Medical diagnoses or psychological evaluations
• Medical prescriptions or treatment recommendations
• Emergency services or crisis intervention
• Intermediation in doctor-patient relationship or appointment scheduling
• Guarantees regarding professional availability or quality

4. Platform use

4.1. Permitted use

You are permitted to use the site for:

• Searching and identifying professionals with experience in ADHD
• Viewing contact information and services offered
• Directly contacting professionals for appointments or questions
• Sharing site page links on social networks (for personal, non-commercial purposes)

4.2. Prohibited use

It is strictly forbidden to use the site for:

• Immediate suspension of site access (IP ban)
• Legal action for damages recovery
• Reporting to competent authorities for cybercrimes

5. Account creation (future functionality)

Note: Currently, the site does not require account creation for users. The following provisions will apply if account functionality is implemented in the future.

• Accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information provided by professionals
• Truthfulness of declared qualifications, experience or areas of expertise
• Illegal, defamatory or misleading content provided by professionals

7.2. Right of withdrawal

Professionals can request:

• Modification of information about them (contact, services, prices)
• Complete deletion of profile from directory
• Adding or updating photographs

Maximum liability limitation: In the event the operator is found liable for any damages, total liability shall not exceed 100 EUR, representing the symbolic value of the free service offered.

11. Indemnification

By using the site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the DoctorADHD.com operator (Andrei Hodorog) and any collaborators, partners or service providers against:

• Damages, losses, costs or expenses (including attorney fees)

Which result from or are related to:

12. Force majeure

• Internet, electricity or telecommunications interruptions at national level

In such cases, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

In case of modifications:

• Registered users (if functionality is implemented) will be notified by email

14. Termination of use

14.1. Voluntary termination

14.3. Effects of termination

Upon termination of use:

• The granted use license ceases immediately
• You must cease all use of site content
• Personal data will be retained according to Privacy Policy
• Sections on Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Applicable Law remain in effect

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

15.1. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law, including:

• Romanian Civil Code (Law No. 287/2009)
• Law No. 365/2002 on electronic commerce
• Law No. 190/2018 on data protection (GDPR)
• Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights

For EU/EEA users, relevant EU legislation also applies (GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, Consumer Rights Directive).

15.2. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Amicable settlement (mandatory):

In case of any dispute related to these terms, parties are obliged to attempt amicable resolution through direct negotiations for 30 days.

Mediation (recommended):

If negotiations fail, parties may resort to mediation services of the Romanian Mediation Council (cmediere.ro).

Court jurisdiction:

If amicable settlement or mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Romania, according to territorial competence rules in the Civil Procedure Code.

For EU consumers, under Brussels I bis Regulation, special jurisdiction rules for consumers may apply.

15.3. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

EU consumers have the right to access online dispute resolution (ODR) platforms:

16. General provisions

16.1. Severability

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, voidable or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force.

16.2. Waiver

Failure by the operator to invoke any right or provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.

16.3. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these terms without prior written consent of the operator.

The operator may assign rights and obligations to a third party in case of sale, merger or business restructuring, with prior notice to users.

16.4. Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding use of the site.

16.5. Language

These terms are available in Romanian, English, Hungarian and French. In case of discrepancy, the Romanian language version prevails.
