In therapy, the client can make plans for the future and pursue them in order to become the best version of themselves. On a personal level - when I practice therapy, I feel that I am following my passion. Interacting with people, noticing the correlations between their thoughts and emotions, and helping them to realise and work with them - by doing these things, I feel I am doing what I was meant to do.
