Oana Mihiț - Clinical psychologist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists (code RUP -18840) and psychotherapist in training within the Romanian Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (ARTCC)
Curiosity, fascination and passion towards the human mind, especially towards the mechanisms of interaction between thoughts, beliefs, emotions and behaviours, which are specific to each of us, led me to attend the Faculty of Psychology at the West University of Timisoara and the Master's program in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Counselling at the same university.
Immediately after graduating from my Master's studies I had the opportunity and the pleasure to work in the field of Sports Psychology, together with the athletes of FC Club UTA Arad.
Out of the need to deepen my knowledge and also to build and practice my psychological intervention skills, I decided to attend the training courses in psychotherapy of the Romanian Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy and at the same time to work for a period of several months as a volunteer psychologist in the Department of Social Assistance Arad, Care Center for the Elderly.
Since 2020 I work in the Head Medicine Center as a clinical psychologist where my main activity is the psychological assessment, whose purpose is to identify certain parameters of functioning of the person evaluated as well as to identify possible symptoms characteristic of psychological pathologies.
