I have been practising in Cluj-Napoca for over 15 years as a psychologist, and clinical psychology has remained close to my heart since the beginnings of my career. I am an expert psychologist in clinical psychology, supervisor, and trainer, with the right to independent practice in clinical psychology, work and organisational psychology, defence and national security psychology, as well as transport psychology.

I am trained in positive psychotherapy (psychodynamic orientation) and a member of the Romanian Association of Positive Psychotherapy.

At the Ioana Radu Individual Psychology Practice in Cluj-Napoca, I offer a wide range of services:

• Complex psychological assessment for adults, elderly, and children
• Psychological expertise in the judicial field
• Individual, couples, and group psychotherapy
• Psychological counselling and career guidance
• Supervision in clinical psychology (over 40 psychologists supervised annually)

My ADHD assessment protocol consists of 3 structured sessions:

1. Anamnesis and interview, exploring personal and family history
2. Computerised testing, executive functions, personality, emotions, autism and ADHD elements
3. Clinical symptom interview, refining the differential diagnosis

The assessment report is detailed (minimum 10 pages), and throughout the assessment I encourage the submission of notes and observations from the person being assessed or their family members.

I have invested over €30,000 in licensed methodological instruments, having over 45 tests in my portfolio from TestCentral, Cognitrom, and other platforms, including: WISC-IV, MMPI-2, SCID-II, NEO-PI-3, BDI-II, ADI-R, ASRS, PAI, TAT, and many others.
