Dr. Lința Anna Boglárka

In my profession, I have come to realize that nothing compares to the reward of seeing the smile of a child, an adolescent and their family when a personalized therapeutic plan succeeds.

I am a physician specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry, trained at the "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, with my residency completed at the Clinic of Child Psychiatry and Addiction of the Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children, Cluj. In parallel, I deepened my knowledge with a master's in psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University and with training in Positive Psychotherapy, and I am currently also a psychotherapist-in-training under supervision in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I continue my academic and research activity as a PhD candidate in child psychiatry at UMF Cluj and as an associate lecturer in the Hungarian section of the UBB Faculty of Psychology.

I work at Harmonia Psihocenter in Cluj-Napoca, where I offer consultations for children, adolescents and their families. My clinical interest is drawn to anxiety disorders, mood disorders and transdiagnostic emotion dysregulation in minors, but ADHD, autism spectrum conditions and substance-use disorders in adolescents are a natural part of my daily practice. I believe in an integrated approach that combines current psychiatric therapeutic methods with psychotherapy, passion, empathy and great patience, because a positive long-term outcome is built together with the child and their family.

Consultations can take place both in the office and online. I speak Hungarian, German, Romanian and English fluently, which makes it possible to have a therapeutic relationship in whichever language the child and parent feel most comfortable.
