I started my professional journey at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Gr. T Popa in Iasi, where I successfully completed my medical studies. My experience strengthened at the Socola Institute of Psychiatry in Iasi, where I had the opportunity to work with a variety of cases, honing my skills in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. Currently, as a specialised psychiatrist, I offer psychiatric services in two locations: in Bucharest (where consultations are paid), and in Fundulea, where patients benefit from my services through a contract with the Health Insurance House, with a referral note from the family doctor. The first consultation with a CAS voucher is required to be in physical format. I also offer online consultations from the first consultation, with payment only. I have gained experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in adults, both in cases where ADHD is present as an independent condition and in situations with comorbidities. In my therapeutic approach, I place great emphasis on careful listening and a deep understanding of each patient's experiences. This patient and non-judgemental approach helps me to build a solid and trusting therapeutic alliance with my patients, which I believe is essential in the process of diagnosis and treatment to increase the chances of a good prognosis. I also work closely with clinical psychologists to ensure a comprehensive assessment and an accurate differential diagnosis where appropriate. Before proposing a treatment plan, I ensure that each patient is well informed about all available therapeutic options. I clearly explain the benefits and risks of each option, encouraging an informed and collaborative decision. Consultations can be conducted online or face-to-face, depending on individual patient preferences and needs, but I usually request that the first consultation be in a physical format. In addition to my clinical work, I am actively involved in research and continuing education in the field of psychiatry and am a member of various professional associations. This commitment to continuous learning and professional development allows me to stay abreast of the latest research and approaches in the field, thus aspiring to high standards of care for my patients.
