Cosmin Niculcea

I am an autonomous clinical psychologist, integrative psychotherapist, and ASD expert, with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, as well as with neurodivergent individuals.

At my practice in Constanta, I offer complex psychological assessment services, counselling, and integrative psychotherapy. My approach is based on empathy, authenticity, and adapting the therapeutic plan to the individual needs of each person.

My main area of interest includes psychotherapy for neurodivergent individuals, with a neuroaffirmative approach, adapted to the specific needs of people with ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and sensory processing disorders. I believe neurodivergence is a natural variation of human functioning, and my role is to provide support in understanding and embracing one's own way of being.

I am also interested in psychotraumatology and trauma-centred interventions, adolescent psychology, attachment disorders, and prevention and intervention in professional burnout.
