Welcome to my psychology practice 🌈
I'm here to offer you support simple, honest and warmat any time of your life. I dedicate my entire therapeutic collaboration to being there for you, with all my heart and soul, even on the days when I feel I am not at my full potential. I firmly believe that each of us has the power to (re)discover and (re)invent ourselves, using the tools that life has given us.
Have the courage to say YES,
Have the courage to say NO,
And every moment,
Have the courage to be YOU! (Rudyard Kipling)
About me: simple and honest
My education includes a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Intervention Techniques, obtained at Dimitrie Cantemir University from Târgu-Mureș. As a primary training I graduated in general medicine at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Tg-Mures, also Doctor in medicine, specialising in Laboratory Medicine, which allows me to give you a complete perspective on your mental and physical health.
With a heart full of passion for the world of autism, especially in adults, I dedicate myself daily to providing personalised support to the needs of each individual 🌈. The intensive course I took in October - November 2023 has rounded out aspects necessary for me to even better understand and effectively respond to the unique needs of each autistic individual. Every day in this field reminds me of the beauty and complexity of human diversity and I strive to create a therapeutic space where everyone feels seen, heard and embraced for who they are.
Actively participating at conferences and in professional communities, I am committed to promoting understanding and acceptance of neurological diversity, with the aim of improving the quality of life of autistic people and accompanying them on their journey towards an autonomous and fulfilled existence 💖. I am dedicated to working closely with each client and their family, building bridges together towards communication, learning and social adjustment, while celebrating the uniqueness of each individual.
One concept that guides me in my work is to see suffering not as a pathology, but as a measure of a person's deepest needs. This perspective allows me to approach each life experience with empathy and understanding, recognising that behind every pain lies an unmet need or a cry for attention and care.
Rather than labelling or trying to 'fix', I focus on active listening and creating a safe space in which my clients feel comfortable to explore and express their feelings. This way of looking at grief paves the way to a deeper understanding of self and stimulates the process of healing from over-added trauma on structure and personal growth. 🌿💖
I have taken multiple courses and trainings that help me to better understand how to support you, in Positive Psychotherapy, Vocational counselling and personal development, currently being trained on Clinical hypnosis, relaxation and Ericksonian therapy. I'm a member of several professional organisations, but the most important thing for me is to be the man next to the man who is looking for the right path.

1 Review on "Psih. Crenguța Belegan"
Firstly, because Crenguta has a medical background behind her, it places her exponentially ahead of many professionals.
The first time I saw this, I was stunned, I said I've got the complete package.
Why is this very critical? Because, he will immediately see other needs or gaps in your life. And he'll know to separate a fatigue from a condition of some deficiency that the body demands, versus a condition like a neurodevelopmental disorder like Autism or ADHD.
What I find incredibly important, considering that many would not look elsewhere.
Secondly, a random psychologist would do DIVA-V, and a psychiatrist would ask for cardio preventive analyses, in order to arrive at a stimulant medication.
But perhaps, never to raise questions for other sources of cause. And so, in the old Romanesque way, they washed their hands of you. And you may have the displeasure of seeing that your problems have not been solved.
The Sprig will know if a deconcentration stems from ADHD, Depression or an adjustable vitamin or mineral deficiency, which can even lead to surprising medical conditions.
Because a lot of people look at these little numbers and blood tests with one eye closed. Their impact is crucial to a mind-body-environment balance.
As a final point, the fact that she takes a broad and broad view of what someone's life is like, she will look to see if there is a downturn/hindrance in stopping you from reaching your life ideal and potential.
Because, we don't just want a miracle pill to fix our life, there are so many other factors to get there.
Crenguta won't brush these issues aside and is very invested in bringing out what it is that is fighting against you. She will teach you how to accept yourself, how to embrace your vulnerability. You and Crenguta team up to pull you to the shore.
He is such an empathic and sensitive soul, you can't come out of therapy sessions without a feeling of "Eureka!" or a warm and comforting feeling, as if you've been hugged by your best friend (even if you've never had one), even from a distance.
