He helped me tremendously with the whole diagnostic process and continues to do so with treatment. The best!
After many unpleasant and disabling experiences with different psychiatrists, I came to Mara, and for the first time I felt listened to and taken seriously. At each session she is very involved and attentive to details, and allows me to feel involved in the therapeutic process, which gives me a lot of confidence in her and in myself. I have recommended her to several friends with ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed) and they all had a super experience. I highly recommend!
We discussed neurodivergence from the first session and I didn't feel invalidated at all.
